trainer thoughts on the day's big handicap

Kieran Shoemark and James Fanshawe are riding in the Stewards' Cup. Shoemark won the Nassau Stakes on Lady Bowthorpe. Fanshawe's horse Audarya finished fifth in last week's Nassaus. Fresh finished second in Wokingham at Royal Ascot last time. Fansshaw is a former Steward's Cup winner with Zidane in 2007.

Danzeno is in good form. Meraas and Desert Safari are in a good position. Hey Jonesy, Bielsa, Major Jumbo and Justanotherbottle are straightforward horses. Ejtilaab's owner wanted to give him a change of scenery. Charlie Fellowes is trainer of EJtilab. Richard Fahey is a trainer for Mr Lupton. He didn't want to be in the middle so he went low in draw.
