This week the slate is not as great, although there are still some good matchups to get into.

Marshall plays James Madison in the college football game. The total is 50.5. Oddsmakers screwed up the odds at the opener. Marshall's defense ranks 10th in defensive standard down success rate and leading the nation in defensively havoc. JMU's offense ranks 79th on offense and 125th for havoc allowed. The game is expected to be dominated by the defense.

Syracuse is undefeated and plays a team that is ranked 22nd in the nation against the pass. Clemson is 7-0 and has been better on both sides of the ball this season. UCLA and Oregon are playing in primetime. The over is 70.5. Both teams have good offenses. Oregon is 2nd in the nation in offensive standard down success rate. UCLA is 7th in that category. Their defense is 77th. The game is expected to be back and forth. I'm taking the over and throwing a little bit on UCLA +6.

Memphis is a 7-point favorite against Tulane. Southern Miss is an 11-points favorite at Texas State. Ole Miss has played Troy, Central Alabama, Georgia Tech, Tulsa, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and Auburn. LSU has faced Florida State, Mississippi State and Florida.
