What happened to KGO: Sports gambling station replacement

KGO-AM 810 was replaced with 8 10 THE SPREAD, a sports gambling radio station. The station's listeners are shocked by the change. KGO hosts held a town hall on Twitter. The programming lineup for 810 THE SPREAD includes: Bet QL Daily, Jim Rome, You Better You Bet, Bet MGM Tonight, CBS Sports Radio and Sportskeeda. KGO is no longer a sports station. Cumulus took over the station and changed the programming. The new station airs weekdays from 6-9 AM.
