And the 16-year-old is looking to go one step further and win the big £500,000 prize when he takes on pre-tournament favourite Luke Humphries - but what were Littler's odds at the start of the tournament?
And Humphries said of Littler before their final: "Nothing is going to faze him.
"If he plays like he did tonight, tomorrow is not going to faze him at all, so I will probably have to play the game of my life.

Luke Littler was a massive 66/1 outsider to win the World Darts Championship at the start of the tournament.
Littler came into the tournament on the back of winning the World Youth Championship, so was not a total unknown.
