Will ex-Yankees star Paul O’Neill return to YES Network?

The YES Network is looking for a new host for Paul O’Neill.

There is speculation over who will be added to the booth. The network has discussed the possibility of making an attempt for Derek Jeter and Don Mattingly. Paul O'Neill is not under contract for next year.

Paul O'Neill worked from home this season, broadcasting from his house. The YES Network has a COVID-19 vaccination mandate and O’Neill is not vaccinated.

Paul O'Neill is considering joining the YES Network. He played for the Yankees for 15 games. O’Neill's number was retired in August. He didn't want to become an announcer when he was playing.
