Woodbine Mile: Impressive Wise Dan Will Be the Horse to Beat
Wise Dan is the 6-5 morning line favorite to win the $1 million Woodbine Mile. He won the Fourstardave Handicap at Saratoga on August 12. The second betting choice is one of three European invaders at the race: Juddmonte Farms’ Cityscape. The other two horses are Dance and Dance, owned by Mohamed Rashid and Worthadd, trained by Diego Romeo. Lopresti trained last year's winner Turallure. James Doyle will ride the horse. They will have post seven at Wood bine. It's the second straight start on turf for Wise Dan.
