Jaguars betting odds: One anytime TD scorer to bet vs. Bills in Week 5

The Jacksonville Jaguars offense hasn’t had the easiest time finding the end zone in 2023. That better change Sunday, though.

With the red-hot Buffalo Bills in London to host a Week 5 game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Jaguars can’t afford another rough game. The Bills are averaging 34.8 points per game — second to only the Miami Dolphins — and have strung together three straight blowouts.

If the Jaguars plan to pull off the upset, they’ll need to score points in bunches.

One of the most popular ways to bet on an NFL game is the anytime touchdown scorer prop. You bet on one player to score a touchdown, and if they do, you make money.

Sounds simple, right?

It’s not as easy as it seems, but it is rewarding when the player you bet does find the end zone – especially if he plays for your team

Tank Bigsby anytime TD scorer: +280

The Bills have allowed only two rushing touchdowns this season, but that’s a bit of a misleading stat. Buffalo has played with a lead for the majority of its first four games and opposing offenses have been forced to pass to try to keep up.

When teams have decided to run against the Bills, there’s been room for success. Buffalo is allowing an NFL-worst 6.3 yards per carry.

If the Jaguars can sustain drives and get close to the goal line, there’s reason to believe that they’d finally be able to get their short-yardage run game going. And they’d probably turn to Bigsby in those situations.

Bigsby has already scored two 1-yard touchdowns and +280 odds are a bit too long given the likelihood that he’ll get opportunities to add another short touchdown.
