New York Jets Super Bowl Odds: Sportsbook Reports Most Bets Are on Gang Green

The New York Jets have been the talk of the offseason. Aaron Rodgers has arrived, and they now have Super Bowl expectations. People optimistic about the 2023 Jets point to Rodgers’ arrival, along with their talent on defense, as reasons to believe they could win their first Lombardi Trophy since 1969.

The hype has only increased since the start of training camp, with them being the featured team on Hard Knocks, as fans have gotten an inside look at the Rodgers-to-Garrett Wilson connection and this star-studded defense. New York Jets Super Bowl Odds

No team has seen a bigger shift in Super Bowl odds since they opened back in February than the Jets. They were as high as +4000 at some sportsbooks and are now just +1300 at PointsBet, the sixth-shortest in the NFL.

The addition of Rodgers is certainly the biggest factor in this massive swing, but so is the amount of liability on them at the sportsbooks.

In PointsBet’s newsletter today, Senior Editor Max Meyer reported that they have received more bets on the Jets to win the Super Bowl than any other team. In fact, they have actually received more than double the amount of money on the Jets than 30 of 31 NFL teams. Now, that is crazy.

The most bet on teams by tickets to win the Super Bowl at PointsBet following the Jets are the Cincinnati Bengals, Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, and Detroit Lions. In terms of handle, the Bengals, Eagles, Lions, and Kansas City Chiefs round out the top five.
