Penn State lands All-ACC cornerback transfer from North Carolina

Storm Duck is the second player to commit to Penn State through the NCAA transfer portal this summer. Duck was a second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference pick at North Carolina. He was also a Day 1 contributor for the Tar Heels with nine starts as a true freshman. The Lions also signed Elliot Washington and Zion Tracy in the 2023 class. They also have offers to wide receivers and could seek help along the offensive and defensive lines. They lost Christian Veilleux, Rodney McGraw, Davon Townley, Maleek McNeil and Jeffrey Davis Jr.
