Storm Duck: Penn State football gets North Carolina transfer cornerback

Storm Duck is a former North Carolina cornerback who was All-ACC this past season. He will join a talented cornerback room at Penn State. The Lions are expected to look for other transfers at receiver, offensive and defensive lines and even at running back and linebacker. They did previously land Florida Atlantic punter Riley Thompson during the current cycle.
