2022-23 NHL Preview: St. Louis Blues

The St. Louis Blues are a contender for the Stanley Cup in the Western Conference. They lost to Colorado in a six-game playoff series last season. The team's core players are still in their prime. At their best, the Blues were the second-best team in Western conference.

Jordan Binnington was outstanding in the playoffs. He stopped 81 of 85 shots over two games against Colorado. St. Louis pushed Colorado to overtime and won the game. If he stays in goal, the Blues may have upset Colorado and maybe won their second title.

Jake Neighbours is a rookie forward for the St. Louis Blues. Neighbors is 5'11 and plays around 11 minutes a game. He is not a big scorer, but he could have a successful rookie season.

St. Louis Blues are one of the best teams in the NHL. They had nine players score 20+ goals last season. All but one are back. Many of them had higher shooting percentages than their career averages. If they can stay healthy and stable in net, they could be a dark horse team to win the Cup.
