Hazelbrook is a three-time stakes winner this year. She is going to compete in the Grade 2 Bessarabian Stakes at Woodbine on Saturday. Artie’s Princess from the barn of Saffie Joseph, Jr. and Our Flash Drive from Mark Casse's barn will also be competing.

Hazelbrook is a 4-year-old daughter of Bayern. Trained by Lorne Richards, she has four wins and a second place in five starts this year. She has not won at the 7-furlong distance in her two tries.

Artie's Princess is the last year's winner. She won the Grade 2 Presque Isle Downs Masters last time. Jose Ortiz rode her there and will ride her again in this engagement.

Loyalty is the lone 3-year-old in the field. She's won all four of her career starts on all-weather tracks, including three at Woodbine. The daughter of Hard Spun won the Dutchess Stakes six weeks ago.

After eight consecutive starts on the grass, Our Flash Drive returned to the all-weather surface at Woodbine and ran a solid race going 8 1/2-furlongs in the Grade 3 Ontario Matron for trainer Mark Casse.

Lorena is a stakes winner on both turf and the all-weather track at Woodbine last year. She has had good performances in stakes sprints over the last few seasons but falls short against the best competition. Lorena will be eighth in the Wood bine Oaks in 2021.

Beyond Mybudget is a filly from Casse barn. She finished second behind Hazelbrook in the Ontario Fashion. Beyond My Budget has won either first or second in eight of her 15 career starts.

Awesome Treat won her maiden race two weeks ago. She went zero for six in her debut. On Saturday she will race in a graded stakes race.

The Tonalist filly from Joseph barn has not won any stakes in seven attempts. She closed for the show last time behind Artie’s Princess at Presque Isle.

Sweet Enough is an import from England who has made only one start this year. She finished way back in an allowance race at Keeneland. Sweet Enough won three starts last season back home, but all three came on the grass.
