Black Fern Selica Winiata eyes rare double

Selica Winiata is a veteran of 40 rugby tests for the Black Ferns and a former Black Fernandez Sevens star. She is now refereeing international rugby while still playing the game at the highest level. Wniata has refereed at three sevens tournaments so far. Her ultimate goal is to play international 15s in the winter and referee in women's World Rugby Seven's Series in summer. She wants to represent New Zealand at 2021 Rugby World Cup. The try-scoring record-holder in Farah Palmer Cup is the first international player to do both. It's not clear if she could do it.
