After narrowly losing at Washington, Oregon has put together an impressive three-week stretch with big victories over Washington State, Utah, and California.

The Ducks’ offense continues to be the team’s driving force. The unit is averaging 538.7 yards per game, second only to LSU in the FBS. Bo Nix’s Heisman campaign is still running strong as the leader of that unit. Nix ranks in the top-10 in both passing yards and passing touchdowns in the NCAA, having thrown just two interceptions all year.

Oregon’s defense deserves some credit too, allowing just over 300 yards per game this season, including just 97 yards per game to opposing rushers. On the flip side, things have begun to crumble a bit for USC after a strong start.

The Trojans have lost three of their last four games, and defensively haven’t gotten the timely stops needed to win games. The lackluster defense lost its leader this week as defensive coordinator Alex Grinch was fired.

We’ll see how the coaching change affects the unit that ranks 120th out of 130 FBS teams in total defense.

Caleb Williams is still producing at an elite level, leading the country in passing touchdowns and ranking second in passing yards. Though, with the NFL Draft looming, it remains to be seen how deep into the season Williams will play.

Caesars lists the Ducks as 15-point home favorites and -714 on the moneyline. The Over/Under is set at 73.5 points.
