The Flames took a lot of zone time in the first period and killed off a couple of penalties. Elias Lindholm and Dillon Dube scored for the Flames. The game was tied at 2-2 after the third period. Adam Ruzicka scored the winner in overtime.   The score was 3-3. It was the fourth game in a row for Calgary. They won the previous two games. Calgary won on penalties twice. Arizona won once. There were 15 shots on goal in first half of the period, 15 in second period (all five-on-five) and 13 in third.

The Flames won a close game against Arizona. The Flames had the puck more and won more battles. They also had better goaltending. It was an odd game, with wild swings.

Kadri had a goal and two assists. Vladar was sharp when he needed to be.

Kadri's goal was the turning point of the game. Calgary Flames won the match against Arizona Coyotes.

Calgary Flames beat Arizona Coyotes 3-1. Juuso Valimaki played his first game since being claimed off waivers by Arizona in October. The Flames are back in action on Wednesday when they host the Minnesota Wild.
