College football odds, lines, spreads: Picks, predictions, betting advice for Week 13, 2023 from proven model

The Week 13 college football schedule is always a unique one, with games taking place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There are rivalry battles across the country, and several teams are trying to keep their College Football Playoff hopes alive. No. 2 Ohio State travels to No. 3 Michigan on Saturday in the biggest game of the week, with the Wolverines favored by 3.5 points in the latest Week 13 college football odds from SportsLine consensus. No. 6 Oregon hosts No. 15 Oregon State on Friday night in a game where the Ducks are 14-point favorites in the Week 13 college football spreads.

Before making any college football picks for those games or others in Week 13, be sure to see what the SportsLine Projection Model has to say.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every FBS college football game 10,000 times. Since its inception, it has generated a strong profit of well over $2,000 for $100 players on its top-rated college football picks against the spread. Anyone who has followed it has seen HUGE returns.

Now, it has studied the latest college football odds (see the latest college football lines for each matchup this week on our college football odds page), simulated every single play for every Week 13 game, and the results are in.

One of the college picks the model is high on during Week 13: BYU (+17.5) easily stay within the spread at No. 23 Oklahoma State in a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff on Saturday afternoon. The Cougars are riding a four-game losing streak, but they lost to No. 14 Oklahoma by just one touchdown as 25.5-point underdogs last week. Oklahoma State has only picked up one win by more than 14 points this season, as the Cowboys are not built to win in blowout fashion. The model expects that trend to continue on Saturday, as BYU is covering in 70% of simulations.

Another prediction: Georgia (-23) cruises to another blowout win at Georgia Tech in a 7:30 p.m. ET rivarly kickoff. The Bulldogs covered the spread for the third time in their last four outings when they blew out Tennessee in a 38-10 final in Knoxville last week. They held the Vols scoreless for the entire second half, and Georgia Tech has already lost two games by at least three touchdowns. The model is not expecting a close game on Saturday, as Georgia is covering well over 70% of the time.

The model has also made the call on who wins and covers in every other FBS matchup, and it's calling for multiple underdogs to win outright!
