College Football Playoff predictions: Georgia’s No. 1, but who joins Bulldogs in Top 4?

The College Football Playoff rankings are due on Tuesday night. Georgia is expected to be the No. 1 team. The Athletic's college football writers make their case for who the top four should be this week.
