College Football Prop Picks & Odds

As we enter the final month of the regular season, we have a great sense of what teams are and are not. Our prop plays for this week's Beavers vs. Buffaloes game is status quo in terms of what we've seen from both teams through the first eight games.

As the Colorado Buffaloes enter the final month of the regular season, it's now time for head coach Deion Sanders to find out who's committed to this club the way he wants them to be.

The team has dropped four of their last five games and needs two wins from the remaining four games (Oregon State, Arizona, Washington, and Utah) to gain bowl eligibility. Given the schedule, I'm not so sure they get the job done.

Where does that leave us with Saturday's home game vs. Oregon State? Well, right where you'd expect us to be. Backing the opposing team's best players to torch a putrid Buffs' defense.

I break down the college football odds and give you my best free college football picks and predictions for Oregon State vs. Colorado.

Best Oregon State vs Colorado Week 10 prop picks

Prop bet #1: No deviating from the plan

The Colorado Buffaloes are not the kind of team to deviate from a plan. Deion Sanders has a philosophy of how he wants his team to play and he's got too big of an ego to change that, especially eight games into a 12-game season.

This is why we are, for better or for worse, riding with a Shedeur Sanders passing prop. Full disclosure, last week we told you he'd stay under the posted number of 319.5 and we were spot on, he barely cracked 217. That was against an elite defense, something Oregon State does not have.

The Beavers give up a boatload of passing yards, and on the road, I expect the defense to continue to play soft.

The Buffaloes' refusal to run the ball only bodes well for this bet, and with Travis Hunter back in the mix contributing on both sides of the football, I believe Sanders is going to have a massive game.

In four home games this year, Sanders has thrown for 400, 371, 348, and 392 passing yards with 15 touchdowns. Sign me up for him to hit the 300 mark.

Shedeur Sanders prop: Over 295.5 passing yards (-114 at FanDuel)

Prop bet #2: Slicing the D

Speaking of performing well in certain situations, the Beavers love nothing more than to run the football, and the Buffaloes' defense is the perfect opponent to do so.

The Buffaloes give up nearly 165 rushing yards per game, while Oregon State is a Top 50 rushing school, averaging a shade over 187 yards per game.

Leading the attack on the ground is Damien Martinez. Martinez is averaging 95.4 yards per game through eight games and he's got no real competition in the backfield to cede touches to.

The Beavers are 6-2 on the season because they go with what works, and on Saturday, Martinez should see a lot of the football.

Damien Martinez prop: Over 96.5 rushing yards (-114 at FanDuel)

Prop bet #3: Bold take

Silas Bolden is the Beavers leading receiver with 37 catches for 522 yards and four touchdowns. While he doesn't lead the team in touchdowns (TE Jack Velling has eight), Bolden is the go-to target for QB, DJ Uiagalelei.

Even with Travis Hunter back at corner, Bolden and the Oregon State offense should have no issues moving the ball up and down the field and taking advantage of a Buffaloes defense that can't defend a pop-warner passing attack.

I'd be willing to back Bolden to score 2+ TDs at a nice plus-money price.

Silas Bolden prop: Anytime TD (-130 at FanDuel)
