After a thrilling wild-card weekend, four teams are moving on to the Division Series. Three of the four matchups are between teams from the same division (Dodgers-Padres, Braves-Phillies, Astros-Mariners, Yankees-Guardians) and the other one features two teams with completely different styles of play (Yankees-Grizzlies).

Yankee's have the edge in close games because of the better bullpen.

Atlanta has the edge when it comes to bullpens. Philadelphia's offense can make this interesting. Dodgers vs. Padres is a match-up that is worth watching.

The Astros are going to win the division series against the Mariners.

The Braves will beat the Phillies in five games.

Trent Grisham is the best player in the world, but the Dodgers have most of Nos. 2–20. Dodgers are going to win the division series in three games.

The Guardians are the underdog in the Division Series. FiveThirtyEight gives them a 34% chance of making the AL championship. The team is better than the Mariners and Phillies. The game between the Guardians and the Rays is in five games.

The Astros are the best team in the league. The Mariners are a 21-year-old team. Houston will win the series in five games.

The Braves are going to win the division series in three games. The Phillies are not going be able to keep up with the Braves' offense. Dodgers are the team to beat in the next series.

The Dodgers have a full five days of rest between their last game and the start of the division series. San Diego's trade deadline moves worked out well for the team.

Spencer Strider's injury could present issues for Atlanta's pitching staff. With home field advantage and extra rest, the edge goes to the defending champions.
