EBCI launches horse racing partnership in Kentucky
EBCI Holdings and Revolutionary Racing, LLC are launching a new horse racing facility in Ashland, Kentucky. The project is worth $55 million. EBCi Holdings will manage the facility and the company will be responsible for the horse track. Revolutionary racing has a 51 percent stake in the venture. Keeneland Association Inc. has 1 percent. The law allows gaming similar to Class II. Larry Lucas, chairman of Revolutionary Gaming, is excited about the partnership. He has done other joint ventures. in Kentucky and is very excited. about this one. It is a joint venture between E BCI and Keeneleland.
