Lee Carsley's England side dominated their qualifying group to book their place in Georgia, winning eight of their 10 games, and have been draw into Group C alongside the Czech Republic, Israel and Germany.
England will be looking to put an end to a barren record in recent U21 Euros tournaments, in which they've been knocked out in the group stage in five of the last six tournaments.
The Spaniards are the favourites to pull clear of Italy and win their sixth title this summer, with 4/1 odds, though the trio of England, France and Germany are just behind at 5/1 each, and Italy slightly further back at 6/1.
