First Look Inside Aston Martin’s New ‘Game-Changer’ F1 Facility

Aston Martin is building a new £200m facility to house its Formula 1 organization. It will be located at Silverstone, where Aston Martin has been based since its beginnings as Jordan in the early 1990s. Building 1 will house the core of the team: composites, electronics, the race bays, a design and production center, mission control, and Lawrence Stroll's spacious glass-fronted corner office. The technical team will take up almost half of a second floor. Once Building1 is finished, personnel and equipment will shift from the old factory to the new facility.
