Derby are currently eighth in League One, but have a game in hand on the top four. Derby and Wednesday are both seen as Premier League sides in waiting. The former England star predicts Derby will go on a run. Plymouth are struggling in this league. Ipswich and Peterborough are also struggling. They are not blessed with outstanding numbers of players.
