Cameron Rising is starting opposite Richardson at quarterback for Utah against Florida on Saturday. Rising didn't put up big stats last season, but he completed nearly 64% of his passes and scored 26 touchdowns compared to five interceptions. Utah has been widely discussed as a potential College Football Playoff contender this year. If the Utes can start the season 5-0, Rising's Heisman chances would be much higher.
