Horse racing predictions: Yarmouth, Redcar and Uttoxeter

There are four race meetings taking place across the UK and Ireland on Tuesday. Punchestown, Yarmouth, Redcar and Wolverhampton are on the Flat. Uttoxeter is staging the jumps card.

Enda McElhinney's horse racing predictions for Tuesday are below. Yarmouth, Redcar and Uttoxeter are the favourites.

Zebra Star is rated 87 and starts at 61. She is in good form and gets weight from her seven rivals. William Buick is booked to ride her. He has a good strike-rate riding for the Boughey team in 2022.

Prairie Falcon won a handicap race at Glorious Goodwood in July. He has had one run since and didn't do well on the all-weather at Newcastle. The 7f trip is a positive for him. Redcar is the favourite to win.

Progessive has won on her first hurdles start in each of the past two seasons. She won at Doncaster and Chepstow. Progressive drops back in trip and is rated 1lb lower than when recording her second hurdles success in Wales last autumn.
