'I Tell Her That I Love Her Before And After Every Race': Moira, Devoted Groom Take On World Championships
Moira is a three-year-old filly bred in Ontario by Adena Springs. She won the Princess Elizabeth Stakes at Woodbine last October and the Wood bine Oaks Presented by Budweiser on July 24. Moira won her first race at the Queen's Plate on October 8. She was a $150,000 yearling purchase by X-Men Racing, Madaket Stables and SF Racing. Her connections and fans are very happy with her. The fillie is set to take the Breeders' Cup stage. It was difficult for Moirah to have her hind shoes removed after she had an accident in the walking ring.
