Jon Rahm finds winner's circle again in his native Spain
Jon Rahm won the acciona Open de España presented by Madrid in his native Spain. He met Seve Ballesteros at a prize-giving ceremony when he was 12. Rahr's father almost had a heart attack. He won his third national open title, equaling the haul of Ballerín in Spain's Open. It was his 50th and final DP World Tour victory. The tournament was played at Club de Campo Villa de Madrid.
Sam Ryder's ace at the 2022 WM Phoenix Open was the most memorable shot of the tournament. Fans threw beer cans and water bottles onto the course after Carlos Ortiz aced the par-3 16th. Ryder is not sick of talking about it. He finished tied for 28th in the Shriners Children's Open in Las Vegas.
