Kansas sports betting was allowed in time for the start of the NFL season. The season starts on September 8 with the Buffalo Bills vs. Los Angeles Rams. Kansas City Chiefs begin play on the road on Sept. 11 against Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

Kansas Lottery Act of 2007 expanded to include on-site casino and sports betting. The Kansas Lotteries is working with the Racing and Gaming Commission on the rollout.
