Latest Leeds manager odds: Arne Slot the clear frontrunner

Arne Slot is the new favourite to take over as Leeds manager, after Carlos Corberan signed a new deal with West Brom on Monday.

Corberan had previously been tipped to take the hotseat at Elland Road, but the Baggies moved quickly to secure the future of their manager after an impressive run at the Hawthorns which has seen him pick up 11 wins in 16 matches since taking over from Steve Bruce.

That leaves Feyenoord manager Slot as the clear favourite to take over, with Leeds chairman Andrea Radrizzani tweeting on Monday that they would be in a place to make the official announcement on Wednesday, ahead of the trip to Old Trafford.

Slot was recognised as the manager of the year in the Dutch league last season, ahead of the man who could potentially be a Roses rival in the Premier League - Erik ten Hag, and saw his side finish runners-up in the inaugural Europa Conference League as well as third in the Eredivisie.

Feyenoord are currently top of the league this season, and a move to West Yorkshire could see Slot reunited with Luis Sinisterra, who has sparkled fleetingly since a summer move.

Jesse Marsch was sacked on Monday after a dismal run of form that saw his side pick up just two wins since August.
