ANDREW’S FREE PICK

I’ll stay with the Rangers here. Probably not touching it, though. Neither starter has great numbers lately but it should be a good matchup. Dunning is 2-0 in his last trio with seven earned runs in 16.1 combined innings. As for Canning, he’s 0-2 in his last three with nine earned in a 16.1-inning span. In the Tuesday matchup Texas had a lot of trouble with the Angels pitching, striking out 11 times with just six hits overall. The Rangers have three or more runs in six of their last seven games though, so I think the offense will come back around in the rubber match.
