Men’s Basketball picked third in Big 12 preseason poll
Baylor is the preseason favorite to win the Big 12 Conference. Texas is picked to finish third in the league. The Longhorns return five rotational players from their 22-12 season. They advanced to the NCAA Tournament Round of 32. Three of the returning rotation players earned All-Big 12 conference recognition. A pair of transfers from Iowa State and New Mexico State will help the team. Texas tips off the 2022-23 season with charity exhibition game against Arkansas on Saturday, Oct. 29 at 3 p.m. Central at Moody Center.
