He was only two points away from the win, as Blaney finished with 5,035 points and Larson with 5,034 points. Byron is an excellent choice to consider winning in 2024 and BetMGM has the best odds for him at +625.

He only won three races all season, but his strong racing in the final 10 races (specifically the final three) is why he won. He is also a beast at the tough Talladega track which he won in the playoffs and finished second in the regular-season.

Buescher had somewhat of a breakout year in 2023, finishing in seventh-place following a pretty poor performance in the playoffs. He actually won three of the final four races of the regular season, but only saw one Top 3 finish in the playoffs.

If he can replicate his late season run in 2024, he might be able to carry that over into the playoffs this year as he now has the experience needed to make a possible push in the postseason.
