North Dakota is 19th in the FCS and can secure an FSC playoff bid with a win over South Dakota. North Dakota has won four of its last five games. South Dakotas is 31st in Massey Ratings and has the toughest strength of schedule in Fcs. USD is coming off a 20-13 victory against Missouri State. It's the fifth time Bubba Schweigert and Nielson have played each other. Minnesota Duluth hired Schweigsert after Nielsen moved from head coach to athletic director. He left Dulut after four seasons to become the offensive coordinator at Southern Illinois.
