Nora Gray died at 103. She lived in Limerick and was laid to rest at St Paul's Church. Nora was born in Newport and grew up on a farm in North Tipperary. Her first job was in the Bedford Hotel under Mrs Dennehy. After a courtship of six months, Nora met Jimmy and they were married. She is survived by her daughter Marie Keogh, son-in-law Kevin, grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family. In February 2019, she will celebrate her centenary. The newspaper covered her birthday party. It was a lifelong dream of hers to be on the pages of this newspaper.
