OSU, Texas Lead Big 12 Odds to Win 2023 College World Series

The 2023 college baseball season is just under a month from getting underway, which means we have updated odds for the 2023 College World Series.

This time last season, Texas was one of the favorites to take home the national championship as they entered the season as the No. 1 team in the land. Then, by a crazy turn of events, it was the Longhorns’ arch-rival, Oklahoma, who represented the Big 12 in the national championship series before losing to Ole Miss.

This season, Texas is the co-favorite to win the CWS in the Big 12, but not anywhere near the top of the list nationally as oddsmakers see the conference being down a bit in 2023.

According to BetOnline, the LSU Tigers are the favorite to win the 2023 College World Series at 11/2 odds (+550), followed closely by Tennessee at 13/2 odds (+650).

All the way down at 33/1 odds, tied for the tenth-best odds in the nation, are the Longhorns and Oklahoma State Cowboys. Just behind the Longhorns and Cowboys, is Oklahoma at 38/1 odds.

TCU comes in at 50/1 odds to win it all in 2023, while Texas Tech is at 75/1 odds, and Baylor is listed at 200/1 odds. The Big 12 should be fun to watch again this season, especially if it can live up to the conference race last season that was separated by one game between the top four teams in Big 12 play.
