PrizePicks NBA Player Predictions Today: Top Plays for November 9

The NBA schedule makers sure love making our jobs difficult. So far this week, we’ve had a 12-game slate on Monday, none on Tuesday, 14 games on Wednesday, and now a small 2-game slate for Thursday night to choose from for our NBADFS Pick’em predictions on PrizePicks. While there aren’t many options to choose from, there are still a few spots for profitability on NBA PrizePicks between the Pacers vs. Bucks and Hawks vs. Magic.

If you’re new to the site, be sure to take advantage of our special PrizePicks promo code. With the code “GRINDERS,” you can claim a 100% match bonus on your first deposit of up to $100.

Remember, you can also keep tabs on the best PrizePicks picks of the day with our Fantasy Pick’em Tool. We’re constantly updating this throughout the day in order to account for the latest news, but there’s still value to be found earlier in the afternoon as well.

NBA PrizePicks Predictions Today

Tyrese Haliburton – More Than 45.5 Fantasy Points

This one is a back-to-back for the Pacers, so as long as Haliburton doesn’t sit for some reason, this should be a smash play. The Pacers’ guard has eclipsed this number in all but two games this season, in which he was still over 42 fantasy points in both. Tonight, he projects for over 54 fantasy points in the RotoGrinders projections. This NBA PrizePicks DFS Pick’em prediction also has the number-one success rate in the NBA Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks at nearly 75%. Haliburton has taken a big leap forward this season, and the Pacers are playing at one of the fastest paces in the league. They match up against a Bucks team that has been horrific defensively, especially to opposing point guards.

  • Play: Haliburton – More Than 45.5 Fantasy Points

Clint Capela – More Than 9.5 Points

Although Capela has been stuck in a timeshare with Onyeka Okongwu all season, this number is still too low for 25ish minutes of Clint Capela. He’s had double-digit scoring performances in all but two games this season and gets a relatively easy matchup tonight inside against the Magic. He projects for 12+ points according to the RotoGrinders projections, and this play has better than a 67% chance for success in the NBA Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks. Okongwu may be stealing his minutes, but Capela can still easily rack up 10+ points in a hurry in any given matchup.

  • Play: Capela – More Than 9.5 Points

Giannis Antetokounmpo – More Than 52 Fantasy Points

Giannis had a very slow start to the season from a fantasy standpoint but has finally started to pick things back up. While the addition of Damian Lillard has clearly slowed down Giannis Antetokounmpo’s production, I expect this to flip in a really big way in a near nut matchup against the Pacers. So far this season, the Pacers, Wizards, and Hornets have produced monster fantasy scores in their games due to their lack of defense and their blistering paces of play. Giannis gets the Pacers in what should be an up-tempo and incredibly high scoring game. He has better than a 65% chance for success at surpassing this number according to the NBA Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks and projects for nearly 57 fantasy points according to the RotoGrinders projections.
