The Cincinnati Reds have a 13.25% chance to land the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft. The draft lottery is expected to take place at the Winter Meetings this December in San Diego. Pittsburgh Pirates, Oakland A's and Washington Nationals have the best odds of drafting first. The three teams with the worst records this season each receive a 16.5% chances to snag the first overall selection. It is the result of the new rule that was part of a new collective bargaining agreement.
