The Oklahoma City Thunder pulled off a big upset against the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night, and they now find themselves as massive underdogs on the road against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.

There’s a reason for that, as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams are both out for OKC in this game.

That’s going to make things tough against Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and the new-look Suns, who are now 2.5-games up on the No. 4 seed in the West.

OKC is currently in the No. 11 spot in the West, just half a game behind the No. 9 seed Los Angeles Lakers.

Call me crazy, but I’m going to take the Thunder to cover as 13.5-point underdogs in this game.

Yes, losing Gilgeous-Alexander is tough, but OKC kept four straight losses without him (including one against these Suns) within 10 points.

The Thunder are also the best team in the NBA as a road underdog this season, going 17-6-3 against the spread.

The Suns have an elite attack with Durant and Booker, but their role players haven’t been as effective, as we saw against the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday, which may make it tough for them to win this game by 14+ points.

Phoenix is going to win this game, but I think OKC and its fast paced offense keep things closer than this spread suggests.
