UFC 296 Parlay for December 16

On the last UFC fight night of 2023, we might as well go out with a bang. There have been a lot of great parlays over the last twelve months and this final one of the calendar year is going to be a monster.

Let’s take a closer look at three fights on this stacked card and come up with a three-legged UFC 296 parlay to win big money this weekend.

We will explain the picks, why they work, and how much money you can expect for a total payout in the end. There’s nothing harder in sports betting than making UFC picks, but that’s what makes it so much fun.

Leg #1

If you aren’t a hardcore MMA fan, you might be surprised to see a famous name like Cody Garbrandt on the preliminary card this weekend. The truth is, he’s a struggling former champion who has had issues both inside and outside of the octagon.

His matchup this weekend is against UFC veteran Brian Kelleher. Kelleher is a journeyman bantamweight coming off of two losses and hasn’t been in the octagon at all in 2023 yet. This is a fight made by a UFC fan who won a sweepstakes to be a matchmaker for the day at the UFC HQ.

This is a great matchup for Garbrandt because he won’t have much danger coming back at him on his feet. Garbrandt can focus on being aggressive and look to land his sharp combinations on someone with below-average boxing skills. These are very nice odds for a matchup that really isn’t as close as the oddsmakers believe.

  • Cody Garbrandt -181

Leg #2

The second leg of this UFC 296 parlay is the hail mary of the entire night. We are taking the horrendously struggling Tony Ferguson to get an upset victory over Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett during the PPV portion of the event.

Ferguson is on a 6-fight losing streak, but he has faced only contenders who would wipe the octagon canvas with Pimblett. Even though Pimblett is a young, confident fighter with power in his hands and an ability to take anyone’s back, this is the chance to make all the money you lost on Ferguson, back.

Pimblett keeps his chin so high in the air and has zero boxing ability–a place where Ferguson still shows he can do something. Power is the last thing that Father Time takes away from fighters, and Ferguson can still get nasty in the pocket. He will use his reach and unorthodox boxing to piece up the Scouser.

  • Tony Ferguson +270

Leg #3

The final leg of this UFC 296 parlay is going to be in the co-main event of the night. This matchup is flying under the radar due to the lack of star power from flyweights Alexandre Pantoja and Brandon Royval.

This is a very tough fight to pick because Royval is such a treat to watch and always looks for a quick finish, but Pantoja is the champion for a reason. The Brazilian thrives in chaos and chaos is where Royval does most of his work.

Pantoja’s ability to let the fight take him wherever it goes and being able to outwork and get the best of his opponents in any position is what makes him dangerous. You can expect some slick grappling to reverse positions on Royval and potentially a Fight-of-the-Night performance by these two on the feet.

  • Alexandre Pantoja -190

UFC Fight Night Parlay

  • Garbrandt ML -181
  • Ferguson ML +270
  • Pantoja ML -190

The betting line for this parlay is at +777, according to UFC odds. If you bet $100 on this parlay slip, you can win a total payout of $876.74 on Saturday night.

Remember, this is a parlay constructed to win a bet with massive +777 odds to end the year of betting with a bang. This is not a good way to spend your money every weekend on bets with these kinds of odds to hit.
