Premier League champions Liverpool and FA Cup winners Arsenal will meet in the annual season's curtain raiser at Wembley. The match is four weeks after the last domestic campaign officially ended. Liverpool won the title last time out and are looking to continue in that vein this time. Arsenal are rejuvenated under Mikel Arteta and fresh off the back of their FA cup triumph earlier this month.

The 98th edition of the FA Community Shield is taking place this Saturday, August 29 at a behind-closed-doors Wembley. Kick-off is scheduled for 4:30 pm.

The FA Community Shield between Arsenal and Liverpool will be broadcast live on BT Sport 1, BT Sports Extra 1 and BTSport Ultimate from 4pm. Highlights will also be shown on BBC1's Match of the Day at 10:20pm

Arsenal and Liverpool are playing in the FA Community Shield on Sunday. Liverpool have been training in Salzburg, Austria. They beat VFB Stuttgart on Saturday and drew with Red Bull Salhburg in another warm-up before the match.

Arsenal beat MK Dons 4-1 in their first pre-season friendly on Tuesday. Arsenal will play the champions in the FA Community Shield 2020.
