Who can challenge Verstappen and Red Bull in F1 2023?

Max Verstappen and Red Bull have been crowned champions for the 2022 Formula 1 season. Ver stappens won his 13th race of the season last week at the Circuit of Austin, Texas. He shares the record with Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel. The odds are already posted by some of popular betting apps in the US.

Max Verstappen is the odds-on favorite to win his third Formula One title next year. Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari”s Charles Leclerc are the most likely challengers to Ver stappens and the Red Bull team in 2023. Lewis‘ Mercedes car is not up to the challenge of competing for the title in their current shape.

Mercedes need to up their game in 2023 to be on terms with Red Bull and Ferrari. Ferrari and Leclerc have had engine problems and have to use the rest of the season as a trial period to find a solution. If Ferrari can overcome the problem and get back to full power, they may stand a chance against Verstappen and Team Red Bulls.
