2023 AT&T Byron Nelson odds, picks, Fantasy golf power rankings: PGA Tour predictions and best bets from top golf expert

It's the week before a major championship, but a pretty strong PGA Tour field is set to tee off at this week's 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas. K.H. Lee is going for a rare three-peat starting Thursday, at the site of his only two PGA Tour victories. Scottie Scheffler skipped last week's designated event at Quail Hollow to play in Texas and is among the players drawing the most attention from players setting their 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson Fantasy lineups. Jordan Spieth withdrew Monday because of a wrist injury, so the second-ranked Scheffler is the clear favorite. Who are the other golfers you should be considering for your 2023 Byron Nelson Fantasy golf picks?

Scheffler is the +450 favorite in the latest 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson odds from Caesars Sportsbook, followed by Tyrrell Hatton (+1400). Lee and Jason Day are +1800, and Tom Kim (+2000) and Hideki Matsuyama (+2500) also are among the favorites in the AT&T Byron Nelson field. Scores will go low at Craig Ranch, so which golfers should you be focusing on for your AT&T Byron Nelson 2023 fantasy golf picks

Before you bet the 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson or lock in any Fantasy golf lineups, you NEED to see the Fantasy golfrankings from Fantasy expert Jim Holliman.

Holliman has been a writer and editor for nearly 25 years and has been playing and following the game closely for more than three decades. The Florida-based writer knows what it takes to win on the PGA Tour and how the players' games fit the courses.

Holliman has been on a roll since last season, and he was ALL OVER Tony Finau to win the Mexico Open at Vidanta, tabbing him as his top pick. The expert had Finau and Jon Rahm in his top three, even though Finau hadn't finished in the top 15 since February. Holliman wasn't fazed, saying the 33-year-old "should find his footing this week." He certainly did that, going 24 under par and . In addition, longshot play Eric Cole (+10000) posted a top-five finish in the Mexico Open!

The expert also NAILED the Masters when he backed Rahm as his top choice, and six of Holliman's top eight picks at the RBC Heritage finished in the top 15, including winner Matt Fitzpatrick. At the Valspar, the expert was on Taylor Moore (+5000), who hadn't finished higher than 35th in his previous three outings.

Holliman also backed Scheffler to win The Players at +1000 and was behind Chris Kirk at the Honda, backing the +2500 shot before his first victory since 2015. Anyone who has followed Holliman's predictions is WAY UP on their golf picks.

Now, Holliman has ranked his top players for the 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson, and we can tell you the expert is backing Hatton. The Englishman was a contender last week, tying for third in Charlotte, so he brings momentum. The expert also says "Hatton has one of the most well-rounded games in the field."

On the other hand, Holliman is slightly fading Scheffler, not because he can't win but because he might be looking ahead. Regaining the No. 1 ranking from Jon Rahm is certainly solid motivation, but with the PGA Championship looming next week, the former Texas Longhorn could us this week fine-tuning for the major.

Instead, Holliman is backing several longshots, with three golfers in his top 10 priced higher than 30-1! He also is backing an overlooked longshot player priced higher than 80-1 who has the off-the-tee and putting skills to pull off a STUNNING victory! If he can do it, he would bring a MASSIVE payday and make an excellent pick for your 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson Fantasy golf picks
