5 best prop bets for Chiefs’ Week 11 matchup vs. Eagles

The two best teams in the NFL meet in a primetime clash when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football. Both of these teams are loaded on each side of the ball, making for plenty of intriguing betting opportunities.

Let’s take a look at the best prop bets for this matchup from BetMGM and DraftKings:

The one glaring weakness that the Eagles have is their passing defense, which ranks 28th in the NFL. The Chiefs surely spent their bye week with a big focus on improving their passing game and finding a way to best utilize their wide receivers. Philadelphia has allowed a league-low three rushing touchdowns, so K.C. will likely get the bulk of its points through the air.

In K.C.’s last game, Rice led all wide receivers with 41 snaps played. He has eclipsed 43 receiving yards in three of his last four games and is clearly trending toward being the Chiefs No. 1 receiver. Combine that with the secondary struggles the Eagles have had and a likely pass-heavy approach from K.C., this is a pretty safe bet.

The Chiefs’ defense has been great overall this season but has been a bit soft against the run. It has surrendered at least 75 rushing yards to the opponent’s leading rusher in each of its last three games. Swift ranks seventh in the NFL in rushing yards this season and the Eagles’ offense is typically predicated on the run game.

Kelce is always the safest bet among Chiefs pass catchers to find the endzone. It’s been three games since he caught his last touchdown, but in Kelce’s case, it means he’s due more so than him being in a slump. Lastly, we would be remiss not to factor in the Taylor Swift effect, who is expected to be in attendance.

This would be a tall task for the Chiefs’ secondary, but it has proven it will be up for the challenge. Brown is averaging 111 receiving yards per game this season, but K.C. has the No. 5 ranked passing defense. The Chiefs have contained elite receivers such as Tyreek Hill, Justin Jefferson, and Garrett Wilson, holding them all under 70 yards.
