Arsenal vs. Brighton Odds, Predictions & Betting Tips

Live on Sky Sports, Arsenal host Brighton in the Premier League this Sunday at the Emirates Stadium. Tipster Wizard is on hand with his best bets including a selection from the anytime scorer market.

The Gunners sit second in the league table with 81 points, just one point behind the league-leaders Manchester City with an extra game played. After a winless run of four league games which included a humiliating 4-1 loss against Manchester City, Arteta’s men are back on track with two wins on the bounce, against Chelsea (3-1) and Newcastle (2-0).

With three games left, Arsenal will have to win all their games and hope for Guardiola’s men to drop points for them to win their first league title since 2003.

As for the visitors, they are having a fantastic season by their standards as they sit seventh in the league table with 55 points, seven points behind Liverpool who sit in a Europa League spot, but they do have two games in hand over most teams above them.

Brighton possess the fourth best away record in the league and have already beaten Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium 3-1 in the league cup. However, their European ambitions suffered a dent last week as they were hammered 5-1 at the Amex Stadium by an Everton side who were sitting inside the relegation zone.

Arsenal will hope they can take their winning momentum into this game and secure a third consecutive league win to take advantage of any slip ups by Manchester City while Brighton will look to bounce back to give themselves a chance of securing a European spot.

Arsenal vs Brighton Tips

Arsenal to Win & Odegaard Over 0.5 Shots

Arsenal have a dominant record at the Emirates Stadium in the league this season with 13 wins, three draws and one defeat which came against the league leaders Manchester City.

They have already beaten Brighton 4-2 away from home earlier this campaign and have the momentum on their side after two brilliant performances against Chelsea (3-1 win) and Newcastle (2-0 win).

This is an absolute must win for The Gunners if they are to have any chance of clinching the title and the Emirates Stadium will be rocking with support of their fans who will push them till the end.

Brighton have undoubtedly played some of the best football in the league so far this season but conceding five goals to a relegation threatened Everton side is concerning and will surely affect their morale heading into this game.

As for Odegaard, he is averaging 2.6 shots per game in the league for Arsenal and has had at least one shot in 16 of his 17 league appearances at home this term. Combining these two selections gives us a solid bet builder @ 5/6.

Martin Odegaard To Score Anytime

Martin Odegaard is in supreme goalscoring form for Arsenal at the moment having scored five goals in his last five league games including three strikes in his last two.

With Jorginho’s calming presence in the midfield, Odegaard is getting the freedom to play a lot further forward which is doing wonders for Arsenal and at 11/4 I just had to take this selection as our second bet for this game.

We got on him to score against Chelsea at the same price last week and cashed our selection so hopefully Odegaard can help us land back to back winners.
