ASU Football: Dillingham’s staff nears completion with position coaches accepting more roles Tuesday

Kenny Dillingham has hired a new football staff. Brian Ward is the defensive coordinator. Vince Amey is a Rose Bowl-winning defensive lineman. A.J. Cooper is coming with him to be the linebackers coach. The team is looking for a defensive line coach to replace Vince. It is also looking to recruit players. They are looking at the position coaches. ASU has a few more positions to fill. Dillsham is trying to bring a winning culture to the team. He has already made a lot of moves. His team has struggled recently. There are a number of positions left to complete.

Beau Baldwin won an FCS national title as the head coach of Easter Washington. Saga Tuitele is an offensive line coach who has worked at many schools. Shaun Aguano is a running backs coach at Tempe. Ra’Shaad Samples is the wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator. He was a four-star receiver at Oklahoma State and Houston. He is coming from the Los Angeles Rams coaching staff. The team is looking for a new head football coach. It is not clear if it will be a permanent position. They are looking to hire someone with more experience.
