Best College Football Prop Bets Week 11

Alabama Jalen Milroe Over 44.5 Rushing Yards (-110) @ Kentucky (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Jalen Milroe has come a long way since Alabama lost to Texas in Tuscaloosa. It was clear Milroe wasn’t ready for this game, as he abandoned every progression from the moment he took the snap. 

Milroe has gotten better at quarterback and is beating defenses with his arm. However, he is still a run-first quarterback, especially when the pocket collapses. 

Alabama’s offensive line should be fine against Kentucky, but there will be plenty of chances for Milroe to run. Additionally, we should see a lot of designed run calls for the quarterback, especially after his performance against LSU. 

Milroe carried the ball 20 times for 155 yards with four touchdowns last week. He can hit this in a couple of carries if he escapes the pocket. His season-long rush is 53 yards, and he had a 23-yard rush the previous week. 

Kansas Jason Bean Over 229.5 Passing Yards (-110) vs Texas Tech (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Jason Bean has played well against average teams. Texas Tech is 4-5, and they’re an average defense. The Red Raiders are slightly better against the pass than the run, but I still like Bean to go over 229.5. 

He can hit this number with ease. Josh Hoover of TCU threw for 353 last week, and I think Bean’s numbers could be similar. Kansas’ defense is worse than Texas Tech, but they have won with offense. 

I believe the Red Raiders will be able to score in this game. If they can pressure Kansas’ offense, Bean will throw the ball frequently. He threw for 410 yards on October 14 against Oklahoma State and is coming off a 287-yard performance where he averaged 12.5 yards per completion against Iowa State.

The Cyclones have a much better defense than Texas Tech, which gives me confidence he can do it against Texas Tech on Saturday. 

Clemson Cade Klubnik Over 232.5 Passing Yards (-110) @ Georgia Tech (Caesars Sportsbook)

Clemson beat Notre Dame 31-23, but it wasn’t because of Cade Klubnik. The quarterback was overwhelmed by the Irish. He only averaged 4.2 yards per completion. 

Klubnik isn’t the player to bet on against talented teams like Notre Dame. However, he is a star against average opponents, and Clemson has one on their schedule this weekend in Georgia Tech. 

The Yellow Jackets are 5-4, which is the same record as the Tigers, but there will be plenty of chances for Klubnik to throw the ball down the field. 

Georgia Tech has the fourth-worst passing defense in the NFL. They’re allowing 235 passing yards per game and 30 points per game. This puts them second to last in terms of scoring defense. 

Klubnik has gone over this total in two of his past three games. He threw for 314 against Miami and 263 versus NC State. These two teams are better than Georgia Tech in the backend.
