Betway starting goalie bet of the day: Bet on Edmonton’s potent offense against Adin Hill in game six

Welcome back to Betway Bets of the Day brought to you by NHL betting odds site Betway!

The Seattle Kraken forced a game seven with a 6-3 win over the Dallas Stars. Jordan Eberle scored his fifth and sixth goals of the playoffs and mid-season waiver pickup Eeli Tolvanen scored three points in the winning effort.

For the Stars, Joe Pavelski continues to be the LeBron James of hockey by simply not aging. The 38 year old scored his eighth goal of the playoffs in just his seventh game. Game 7 will take place in Dallas on Monday.

The Edmonton Oilers will look to stay alive in game six as they trail the Vegas Golden Knights 3-2. Edmonton will need to start producing more at even strength to do so, all three of Edmonton’s goals came on the powerplay in game five.

Both Darnell Nurse and Alex Pietrangelo will return to the series in game six, both were suspended for game five after separate plays in the third period of game four. Here is a goalie prop I like for tonight’s game.

Goalie Prop

Hill was great in game five for Vegas making 32 saves on 35 shots in a win. I expect Edmonton to win tonight and take an early lead and with score effects they’ll look to protect the lead instead of muster offense.

Hill has averaged 28.3 saves in this series per game so the line by the bookies is very, very accurate. But I like his under tonight and for Edmonton to force a game seven.

Last Game Bet

Jake Oettinger to make under 27.5 saves

Oettinger was pulled after allowing four goals on 18 shots, meaning he only made 14 saves and his under hit with ease. Our record for the playoffs is now 8-6.
