Horse Racing Tips Wednesday 29th November 2023 best bets and most tipped horses

Four horse racing fixtures are taking place on a cold Wednesday and the action gets under way at Hereford over the sticks at 12:20, while there's alternative racing at Kelso, Wetherby and Dundalk. We preview all today's action here and pick out some of the most eye-catching naps from our racing naps table, while we also look at the leading stories hitting the headlines...

Martin Todhunter's Jet Legs has proven the most popular nap on Wednesday with a whopping six tipsters napping the 9/4 chance for the 13:50 at Wetherby. Napped by the likes of Brian Flanagan from the Irish Daily Star and The Duke from the Yorkshire Post, Jet Legs was last seen finishing fourth on chasing debut and he's sure to benefit from that experience and he looks the one to beat in today's contest. Dan Skelton is another to watch at Wetherby's afternoon Jumps card and he will saddle Missed Tee in the 12:40 contest and that contender has been napped by three tipsters including Tom Park from The Weekender. Over at Hereford, Robert Walford's Hipop Des Ongrais is another napped by three tipsters on Wednesday and is a 7/2 chance for the 15:10 race, while another napped by a trio of tipsters is the Charles Byrnes-trained Redwood Queen, who is around a 9/4 shot for the 14:35 race.

Horseracing.net says: "Jet Legs was hugely progressive over hurdles landing back-to-back wins and Martin Todhunter's charge is looking to continue that progression over fences. Fourth on chasing debut at Carlisle, he's sure to improve for the experience and he's been dropped 1lb for today's 13:50 at Wetherby, so has to be respected."

Topping the naps table currently is The Punt from the Racing Post, who heads to Kelso's National Hunt fixture for the nap of the day. With a profit of £18.70, The Punt is looking to continue the great tipping form and has napped Busty Boy, who is around the 5/2 mark, at the time of writing. The six-year-old made a winning chasing debut at Kelso and will attempt to build on that effort this afternoon and looks a leading contender in what is a trappy betting heat. The 13:00 race has proven extremely popular with the leaders in the naps table as both second placed tipster Rory Paddock and third placed tipster West Country have also headed to the 13:00 race and they have both napped the hot favourite Young Buster. Fergal O'Brien's charge is another that tasted success on chasing debut at Warwick and he will be looking to kick on this afternoon and the clash between Busty Boy and Young Buster should be a cracking spectacle.
