David Peterson is the highest-ranked pitcher in MLB DFS for tonight's slate against the Washington Nationals. Peterson has been a nice piece of the Mets rotation when needed this season. The Nationals have not been bad at the plate this past week. They averaged six runs per game against Oakland A's. For tonight, Peterson costs $8,300 on DraftKings.

Morton is priced at $9,300 on DraftKings and should see ownership in the 25-30% range. Morton has a good strikeout and innings ceiling and is better than David Peterson. The Miami Marlins have been terrible at the plate since August 1 and have scored 62 runs since then. They have the second-lowest run total since that time, behind the Oakland A's with 94.
