College football is back after last weekend’s teaser, and we’ve put together our favorite Week 1 NCAA football parlays including teams from all across the country.

College Football parlay picks: Back South Carolina, Clemson and Boston College (+427 or better)

  • South Carolina ML vs. No. 21 UNC
  • Boston College ML vs. Northern Illinois
  • Clemson -12.5 vs. Duke

South Carolina has steadily built momentum under the Shane Beamer regime and has a chance to get off to a great start against a ranked North Carolina squad that has flaws.

UNC’s Drake Maye is a preseason Heisman candidate, but the defense gave up over 30 points per game and Mack Brown has consistently done less with more in recent seasons.

Boston College did not acquit itself well during a 3-9 campaign in 2022. That said, Emmett Morehead seems like a real player (250+ passing yards and 2+ TDs in three of four starts) and the defense should be better thanks to the portal. That should equal a Week 1 win against NIU.

Clemson is back among the favorites to make the College Football Playoff and gets a decent but manageable season-opener against Duke.

Cade Klubnik has barely played but will lead the offense onto the field, while the defense is coming off a season in which it ranked 22nd in points allowed.

NCAA football parlays: Sept. 2 moneyline parlay (-137 or better)

The following four teams are all huge favorites and when you remove the spread, we can't see any of them losing:

  • NC State ML vs. Connecticut
  • Michigan State ML vs. Central Michigan
  • Washington ML vs. Boise State
  • UCLA ML vs. Coastal Carolina

North Carolina State has a chance to be a real powerhouse in the ACC with UVA transfer Brennan Armstrong reuniting with former offensive coordinator Robert Anae, and a pack of talented defensive players.

Michigan State is not even close to the same level it was two seasons ago when it went 11-2 and has made a number of changes on both sides of the football.

Its secondary is the biggest concern, but the offensive line should be very good, and we like them to get past Central Michigan.

All aboard the Michael Penix Jr. Heisman train in Washington. What better way for the Huskies’ QB to start his season than by leading a win against a Boise State team that had an excellent rushing attack but struggled to throw the ball?

UCLA has dropped in odds to win the PAC-12 without Dorian Thompson-Robinson, but Chip Kelly still has talent to work with.

Coastal Carolina went 9-4 last year but did not play a single P5 school and lost its final three games against tougher competition.

College football long shot parlay: Week 1 CFB underdog picks (+1756 or better)

  • Colorado ML vs. TCU
  • Hawaii ML vs. Stanford

No program has garnered more national attention than Deion Sanders’ Colorado Buffaloes.

He and his team have a chance to answer the noise with a Week 1 matchup against a TCU team that made the College Football Playoff last year but lost QB Max Duggan, WR Quentin Johnston and other key contributors.

Hawaii is far from a juggernaut in college football but looked much improved in their 35-28 loss to Vanderbilt last weekend. Brayden Schager threw for 351 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions, while the ground game only picked up 40 total yards.

They will have a much easier time against a Stanford defense that gave up over 230 yards rushing per game last season, though they play on short rest.
